Lisa S Faggart

I have been married for over ten years to Reggie Faggart.  I have a daughter, Misty Parrish who will be graduating from Appalachian in December 2016.  I have a wonderful son, Hunter Parrish, who is a freshman at South Rowan this fall. 

I graduated from South Rowan and Catawba College.  I have A Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, Physical Education, K12, and am Certified to teach Middle School Science , Math and Health.  

I love spending time outside with family and friends.  Hiking, watching sports, biking, canoeing and white water rafting are a few things I enjoy, along with a good book! 

I have two dogs; a miniture pinschuer mix and a bassett hound. 

I try to treat every student just like my own children so that they know I have high expectations.  I believe every child can succeed with the proper motivation.  

I have coached track, softball and basketball at the middle and high school levels.  I enjoy the challenges that come with coaching, teaching and developing young students into productive citizens.
